Each order is carefully packed in 100% recycled materials (cardboard, tape, kraft paper padding and tissue paper) and sometimes reused packaging to reduce waste.

SHIPPING

In general, orders are shipped within 24 hours and take 2-3 working days to arrive. If you need something urgently, please email and we will try our hardest to get it to you in your required timeframe.

We are currently using Royal Mail second-class delivery. We hope this will prove a reliable and cost-effective choice for our customers. However we are always on the look out for better services and always keen to get your feedback.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping in the UK currently costs £4. Please remember when considering our costs that we are doing our best to provide you with great quality service and value for money. Do feel free to share your thoughts and feedback on any improvements we can make in this area.

We are happy to offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK for orders over £40. Please use the code FREE40 at checkout.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, each product is handmade with great care from blending, pouring, labelling, wrapping and shipping your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email us via the contact page.

Unused and unopened products still in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, please email for further details on how to return your product.

The customer is responsible for returning the product and for the cost of postage. we are only able to reimburse postage costs if the product we sent you was faulty/damaged.

Please Note as with all natural products and handmade items, there may be will be slight variations in the glass, candle and packaging from batch to batch.
